摘要 PURPOSE: An anodizable aluminum alloy for die-casting and a die-casting and anodizing method thereof are provided to prevent environmental contamination and to improve shape memory ability and intensity and gloss properties. CONSTITUTION: An anodizable aluminum alloy for die-casting is composed of aluminum, manganese, iron, silicon, titanium, zirconium, and magnesium. The anodizable aluminum alloy for die-casting is composed of 1.0-5.0 wt% of manganese, 0.1-0.4 wt% of iron, 0.02-0.3 wt% of silicon, 0.01-0.06 wt% of titanium, 0.01-0.20 wt% of zirconium, and 0.1-0.5 wt% of magnesium, and the rest is aluminum. A die-casting and anodizing method for the anodizable aluminum alloy is as follows. Ingot is produced(S1). The ingot is dissolved to the molten metal(S2). The molten metal is produced to molded products by using a die-casting mold(S3). An oxide film is coated on the surface of the molded products by flowing current in a state where the molded products are dipped in aqueous solution(S5).
