<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient DC power supply device reducing loss in a diode by utilizing a characteristic of low on-resistance of a MOSFET to the most, to provide a refrigeration cycle device equipped with the same, and to provide an air conditioner and a refrigerator mounting the same. <P>SOLUTION: Control means 11 causes a MOSFET 3 to be in a gate-on state at timing when an input current Is starts to flow in forward direction, and, after the input current Is has started to flow in the forward direction, causes the MOSFET 3 to be in a gate-off state at timing when the input current Is becomes zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
