<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risks of leakage of confidential information by controlling the display of a name related to print data displayed after a user having logged in a printing device, and thereby preventing identification of the print data considered confidential by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system receives authentication information, according to the received authentication information, sends a print control server a list requirement including user information of a user who has logged in an image processor and requiring a list information of print data, and displays the list of the print data using list information of print data transmitted from the print control server corresponding to the list requirement. The printing system displays corresponding to prescribed operation conditions the list of the print data by changing the print data identification information to different information when the print data displayed in the list requires re-authentication according to re-authentication necessity information included in the list information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
