PURPOSE: A method for fabricating recycled pulp and recycled paper by radiation is provided to reuse waste paper. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a recycled pulp comprises: a step of irradiating waste paper by radiation; a step of digesting the waste paper by chemicals or water at 25-200 Deg.C for 3-10 hours; a step of washing and bleaching the paper; and a step of passing the paper through a grinder. The radiation includes gamma ray, electronic beam, ion beam, neutron ray, UV, or plasma. The chemical includes alkali or acid.
