<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing time for confirming update of corrective patch update in a computer system that applies a corrective patch according to corrective patch information registered in metadata. <P>SOLUTION: A security server 10 comprises a module 102 for computing a first characteristic value unique to metadata.
