MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE AND ANALYTE DETECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A microfluidic device and an analyte detecting method using the same are provided to save costs required for manufacturing the microfluidic device and to accelerate the speed of the detection. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device includes at least one microfluidic structure(190). The microfluidic structure includes a plurality of reaction chambers(150, 160), a plurality of channels, and a plurality of valves. The reaction chambers respectively include a plurality of capturing materials which is combined with different analytes. The channels connect the reaction chambers by being positioned between the reaction chambers. The valves are positioned at the channels. The valves control the flow of fluid through the channels by being based on the mixture of a phase changing material and heat generating fluid.
