SEDIMENT DISCHARGE EQUIPMENT IN MULTI-STAGE ANAEROBIC DIGESTER

PURPOSE: A precipitate discharging apparatus of a multi-stepped anaerobic digestion bath is provided to prevent the mixing of bacteria and to protect digestion environment in chambers by respectively opening the lower part of each chamber. CONSTITUTION: A precipitate discharging apparatus of a multi-stepped anaerobic digestion bath successively supplies organic materials into twelve chambers(C1 to C12) to generate methane gas. Bio blocks(B) are embedded in the twelve chambers. Bacteria inhabit in the bio blocks. A part, which respectively discharges digestion precipitates, is arranged at lower part of each chamber in order to prevent the mixing of the bacteria in each chamber and to protect the digestion environment of each chamber. The lower part of the each chamber is a conical hopper. Electronic valves(V1 to V12) are arranged at each hopper. The electronic valves respectively open and close corresponding chambers.
