PURPOSE: A fixed type weight measuring device for preventing overloaded vehicles is provided to prevent an unlawful entering by detecting a vehicle unlawfully entered to a shaft weight detecting unit while coming down landing wheels of a vehicle cargo. CONSTITUTION: A fixed type weight measuring device for preventing overloaded vehicles comprises a shaft weight detecting unit(100), an entering sensor unit(200), and a vehicle saving camera unit(300). The shaft weight detecting unit divides and senses a shaft weight of left and right wheels of entering vehicles to expose overloaded vehicles. The entering sensor unit is comprised in an edge portion of a road correspondently to the shaft weight detecting unit, thereby sensing entering vehicles. The vehicle saving camera unit photographs a front side of the vehicle when the entering sensor unit senses the entering of the vehicles. The vehicle saving camera is installed in the edge portion of the road. Unlawful entering detecting sensor members installed in the islands are projected in both edge portions of the road and the islands corresponding to the front and rear sides of the shaft weight detecting unit with respect to an entering direction of the vehicle. The unlawful entering detecting sensor members determine the unlawful entering of the vehicle by detecting whether the wheel adjoined to the wheel contacting to the shaft weight detecting unit is existed or not.
