<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency of a light-emitting element for enhancing light efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The embodiments provide a light-emitting element comprising a light-emitting structure including a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer, a transparent support layer formed below the light-emitting structure and emitting light emitted from the active layer, a reflecting layer formed below the transparent supporting layer so as to surround the transparent supporting layer, and a conductive layer formed below the reflecting layer so as to surround the reflecting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
