<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control system capable of preventing an engine from being damaged by condensate produced in an intercooler while such a problem as the deterioration of exhaust gas etc. is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of the rate of a flow of a suction air which passes through the intercooler, the limit value of the relative humidity of the suction air at the intercooler outlet is set larger than 1.0 and to such a value as increasing with an incremental rate of a flow of the suction air which passes through the intercooler, and the suction air is made to flow into the intercooler so that the relative humidity of the suction air does not exceed the set limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
