<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and a control method of a fuel cell system capable of realizing uniformity of deterioration degrees of individual SOFC modules. <P>SOLUTION: Operation of an SOFC unit 1b whose output has deteriorated is controlled in response to factors of the deterioration of the output.
