PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately calculate a charge related to contract authentication information that is shared among a plurality of radio terminal devices.

SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a use right transfer detection unit 630 detecting transfer of use right of USIM information related to a radio company providing radio connection service among a plurality of radio terminal devices sharing the right; and a calculation unit 640 calculating a charge related to the USIM information generated after the transfer based on billing information (stored in a billing information database 610) set in the radio terminal device to which the use right is transferred, when the transfer of the use right of the USIM information is detected. In this calculation, the calculation unit 640 uses history information (a use history of the USIM information (a history related to the use of the USIM information related to each of the radio terminal devices to which the use right of the USIM information is transferred) and a transfer history of the use right of the USIM information) stored in a history information storage unit 620.
