<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a processing speed during data recording and to reduce a data amount. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus includes a calculation unit 203 which calculates compressibility in the case where a block is compressed, a determination unit 205 which compares the calculated compressibility to a preset threshold value and determines whether or not to compress or non-compress the block, a recording unit 204 which records the block into a storage device 24 in a compressed or non-compressed state on the basis of a result of the determination, a data processing information creation unit 206 which creates data processing information T by making state information representing the compressed or non-compressed state in the case where each of blocks is recorded into the storage device 24, correspondent to each of the blocks constituting data in association with data identification information identifying the data, and a storage processing unit 207 which stores the created data processing information T into a recording device 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
