FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for simultaneous total esophagoplasty. Extirpation of esophagus is performed. Artificial esophagus is formed with isoperistaltic stalk from greater curvature of stomach with serosomyotomy on greater curvature of stomach, in area of body, in two-three intervals between branches of right gastro-omental artery for transplant elongation. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase possibility of transplant elongation, to avoid its ischemia. ^ 4 dwg |
