PURPOSE: A propolylene random copolymer resin composition and a pipe which is manufactured by using the same are provided to improve processability due to wide distribution of molecular weight and recycle exhausted products. CONSTITUTION: A propolylene random copolymer resin composition comprises 0.1-10 wt% of ethylene. The melt index of the propylene random copolymer resin composition is 0.01-0.5 g/10 minutes, and molecular weight distribution is 6 or greater. A propolylene random copolymer resin composition is manufactured by using a catalyst which uses cyclic diol diester compound as an internal donor. The cyclic diol diester compound is selected from a compound group represented by chemical formula 1. The cyclic diol diester compound includes one or more of cyclohexane-1,2-diyl-bis(isovalerate), cyclohexane-1,2-diyl-bis(caproate), cyclohexane-1,2-diyl- bis (pivalate) and cyclohexane-1,2-diyl-bis(benzoate).
