PURPOSE: A device for filtering exhaust gas is provided to improve heat-resisting property and vibration-resisting property because the device is not welded. CONSTITUTION: A device for filtering exhaust gas comprises a outer case(10), a filtering unit(30), and a support foil(60). The outer case is connected to an exhaust pipe. The filtering unit is formed in the outer case. The support foil formed between the outer case and the filtering unit supports the outer case and the filtering unit by turns. The support foil is formed into the board and cylindrical shape, and comprises a contact part.
