摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor compound is provided to have asymmetrical structure, to has high solubility, and thermal stability, thereby capable of providing an organic thin film transistor having excellent efficiency and performance because of high charge mobility and low standard deviation. CONSTITUTION: An organic semiconductor compound is in chemical formula 1: R1-(Ar)n-R2-R3. In chemical formula 1, Ar is C6-30 arylene or C3-30 heteroarylene, R1 or R3 is respectively hydroxy, amine, ester, amide, C1-30 alkyl, C5-30 aryl, C4-30 heteroaryl, C1-30 alkoxy C1-30 alkyl, C5-30 ar C1-30 alkyl, C1-30 alkylamine, C1-30 alkoxy, C1-30 alkylamine, C2-30 alkenyl, C2-30 alkynyl, C1-30 alkylsilyl, C5-30 arylsilyl, or 3-7 membered saturated or unsaturated heterocycloalkyl, R2 is respectively C1-30 alkylene, C6-30 arylene, C3-30 heteroarylene, n is respectively 1 or 4.</p>
