PROFILE WRAPPING APPARATUS WITH NIDDLE PUNCHER

PURPOSE: A profile wrapping device having a needle punching machine is provided to prevent damage of surface finishing film before construction by preventing a protective film from being separated from a surface protective film. CONSTITUTION: A profile wrapping device having a needle punching machine(44) comprises a surface finishing film unwinder(40), an adhesive coating part(42), a drying room(43), conveying rollers(47), and a pressing roller(45) for a surface finishing film. The surface finishing film unwinder supplies sliced veneers or surface finishing films(20) to be wrapped on profiles(10) that is target wrapping objects. The adhesive coating part is installed in the rear side of the surface finishing film unwinder to spread adhesive to a profile attachment surface. The drying room is longitudinally installed along a conveying path of a surface finishing film to volatilize organic solvent of the adhesive. The conveying rollers are installed under the drying room at predetermined intervals along a conveying path of the profiles. The pressing roller for a surface finishing film presses the surface finishing films toward the profiles. A needle punching machine comprises multiple minute perforating needles to perforate multiple minute holes on the surface finishing films attached on the profiles.
