<p>A polling sub-system and a polling method for a communication network system and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a polling sub-system uploading a polling script packet to a file server, obtaining information of a polled device, and remotely logging into the polled device according to the information of the polled device; the polling sub-system logging to the file server from the polled device, and obtaining the corresponding polling script packet and sending the corresponding polling script packet to the polled device; the polling sub-system executing a polling script in the polling script packet on the polled device, obtaining an output result of executing the polling script, and uploading, from the polled device to the file server, a file required to be returned; the polling sub-system, from the file server, retrieving the file uploaded by the polled device to the file server, integrating the output result of executing the polling script and the file returned by the polled device to the file server, and outputting a polling report.</p> |
