PURPOSE: To efficiently perform the endermism of a medicine by bringing protein or peptide medicine impregnated in a hydrophilic polymer into contact with an ionizing solvent composition to ionize it, forming a medicine supplying passage in the surface skin layer by a plurality of skin needles, and moving the medicine into the skin by an electrical force. CONSTITUTION: An ionizing solvent is injected into a solvent storing tank 2 through a solvent injection port 7 by an injector, a releasing paper 9 is removed from administrating equipment, and the administrating equipment is pressed onto the skin by use of an adhesive layer 6. Then, the ionizing solvent composition stored in the solvent storing tank 2 dissolves the medicine within a medicine support body 3, and the medicine ionized to positive ion or negative ion is moved on the skin side by the electric repelling force with an electrode 1. On the other hand, skin needles 4 adhered to a skin needle support body 5 thrusts the surface skin layer by the pressing force when the administrating equipment is adhered to the skin to form passages allowing the pass of the medicines. When the solvent is penetrated from the solvent storing tank 2, the skin needles 4 are pulled out from the skin as the skin needle support body 5 is swollen. |
