PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for bonding a bottom part of a standing pouch are provided to increase mass productivity and to prevent overlapped investment of facility by separating a bag manufacturing process and a bottom part bonding process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bonding a bottom part of a standing pouch comprises a worktable(5), a supply bobbin(7), a recovery bobbin(9), a first guide roller(7r), a second guide roller(9r), a supply roller(6), a first thermal bonding unit(10), a second thermal bonding unit(20), a third thermal bonding unit(30), a cooling unit(40), and a cutting unit(50). A slit(5s) is formed in the center part of the worktable and bags(71) are entered and moved in the slit. The supply roller is arranged in front one side of the worktable to allow the bags to move backward. The supply bobbin and the recovery bobbin are arranged in both ends of the work table and are rotated by driving source. A bottom material(75) is wound on the supply bobbin and the recovery bobbin collects the bottom material. The first, the second, and the third thermal bonding units pressurize and thermally bond the bottom material locating on the top of the bags supplied through the supply roller in one body The cooling unit cools pouches. The cutting unit cuts around a bottom part of the cooled pouches. |
