An indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to prevent condensed water dropped to a drain unit from being escaped to the indoor unit by installing a drain cover to the drain unit. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a drain unit, and a drain cover. The drain unit includes a first drain unit formed on the upper front surface of a chassis, and a second drain unit(121) formed on the upper surface of a discharge grill(120). The drain cover is installed on the first drain unit having a bottom face part(161), front/rear parts(162,163), and a water-splash preventing part(164). The bottom face part is placed on the first drain unit. The front/rear parts connected to the bottom face part to store the condensed water. The water-splash preventing unit is connected to the front part to prevent the condensed water from being supplied into the indoor unit. |
