PURPOSE: A plate type heat exchanger is provided to enhance the spatial efficiency by reducing a space for mounting a plate type heat exchanger by a simple configuration laminating plates. CONSTITUTION: A plate heat type exchanger(1000) comprises a plurality of plates(130), a first inlet pipe(110), a first outlet pipe(120), a second inlet pipe(210), and a second outlet pipe(220). The plate forms a first rotating unit(100a) and a second rotating unit(100b) where a first heat exchanging medium and a second heat exchanging medium are rotated by turns. The first heat exchanging medium flowing into the first inlet pipe is discharged through the first outlet heat exchanging medium. The second heat exchanging medium flowing into the second inlet pipe is discharged through the second outlet pipe. The plate is horizontally extended so that one side of the plate forms a condensing area and the other side forms an overcooling area. A hollow unit makes air flow toward a laminating direction of the plate. A heat transfer secluding area in which a heat exchange between the condensing area and the overcooling area is secluded is formed by forming the hollow unit because a predetermined area between the condensing area and overcooling area is hollow.
