DATA ENCODING AND DECODING APPARATUS CAPABLE OF VERIFYING INTEGRITY

PURPOSE: A data encoding apparatus, a decoding apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to perform integrity verification of data and to increase stability of a white box password. CONSTITUTION: An encoding unit(200) encodes content by using a white box password table. A logic operating unit(202) performs logic operation with license information of the content and the white box password table. The logic operating unit outputs the encoded white box password table through an exclusive OR operation of the license information. The content is multimedia or book content.
