PURPOSE: A sealant curing apparatus is provided to implement a sealant curing process without a mask and to reduce unnecessary energy consumption by corresponding light emitting diode elements to the patterns of sealant. CONSTITUTION: A sealant curing apparatus includes a chamber(110), a substrate stage(140), a substrate stage driving part, and a light exposing part(130). The substrate stage is installed in the chamber. The substrate stage driving part elevates the substrate stage. The light exposing part radiates light toward the substrata stage. The light exposing part includes a plurality of light emitting diode elements(131) which radiates light in wavelengths between 200 and 400 nm. |
