<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray chemical reaction apparatus not requiring an ultraviolet lamp or an ultrasonic generator, which can be reduced in size, and which has superior ultraviolet ray irradiation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray chemical reaction apparatus 1 includes: a reaction vessel 2 for storing a solvent 12 in which photocatalysts 11 are dispersed; a microbubble generator 3 for turning reaction gas 13 into microbubbles using the solvent 12; and a microwave generator 4 for irradiating the reaction vessel 2 with microwaves. Microbubbled reaction gas 14 is introduced to the solvent 12 stored in the reaction vessel 2, ultraviolet rays are generated by irradiating microwaves, and the reaction gas 13 is reacted using the generated ultraviolet rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
