FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: in the method to remove solid slag from a coal-fired boiler and to extract metal from it and in a device for its realisation, slopes of the boiler funnel are covered with flat protective panels with a gap, which are given high-frequency mechanical oscillations. Surfaces of protective panels are blown with wall air jets and if required, cleaned from contamination with the help of jet blowing with cold water or reheated steam, or with compressed air with water. Water is sprayed into a multiphase flow arriving into a notch and removed with an ejector, solid particles are separated from the flow and supplied into a gas line of the boiler. The separated finely dispersed slag is cooled with a flow of compressed air, divided by size, the coarse component is ground, mixed with the finely dispersed component of slag, and metal particles contained in slag are removed from it. The heated air is supplied into the ejector, the system of wall jets, into burners, into the gap between protective panels and funnel slopes. ^ EFFECT: reduced power inputs during extraction of precious metals from slag, reduced content of non-burnt carbon and iron in recovered form in slag. ^ 21 cl, 4 dwg |
