FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method for synthesis of fluorine-containing aromatic diaminopolyesters, particularly synthesis of 1,3 and 1,4-bis(2-amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy)benzene, which can be used in synthesis of low-permittivity aromatic polyimides used in microelectronics. The method involves nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom in 2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)chlorobenzene during reaction with 1,3- or 1,4-dihydroxybenzene in DMSO in the presence of K2CO3. The obtained 1,3 and 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy)benzene is reduced. Nucleophilic substitution is carried out under the effect of ultrasound for 1 hour at temperature 55C and molar ratio of 2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)chlorobenzene: O,O-binucleophile = 1:0.5, reduction of 1,3- or 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy)benzene is carried out with SnCl22H2O at temperature 40C for 1 hour in 9% hydrochloric acid and molar ratio 1,3- or 1,4-bis(2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy)benzene: SnCl22H2O=1:7. ^ EFFECT: method enables to minimise process time and obtain an end product with high output and high degree of purity. ^ 4 ex |
