PURPOSE: A video information processing device in a voice terminal with a webcam is provided to easily perform a video communication using the webcam. CONSTITUTION: A voice terminal determines video information within the call request of an originating terminal. If the video information is included within the call request, the voice terminal determines whether the web cam is usable or not(S200,S300). If the web cam is usable, the voice terminal transfer the video information to the web cam(S400). The voice terminal combines the video information which is received from the web cam with the voice information. The voice terminal transmits the combined information to the transmitting terminal(S500). |
