<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth cleaning device that can improve uniformity of whiteness in a row of teeth. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes: a tray having insertion grooves 11a, 11b for an upper jaw tooth row which are formed in a U shape where the row of teeth is inserted, in which a clearing agent is stored; a plurality of surface electrodes 13 arranged along the tooth row and separated from each other in the insertion grooves 11a, 11b; counter electrodes 14 arranged in the insertion grooves 11a, 11b, and separated from the surface electrodes 13; and a power supply for supplying a current, connected to the plurality of the surface electrodes 13 and the counter electrodes 14, through the cleaning agent between the electrodes 13 and 14.
