<p>A cutter wheel for cutting glass material comprises a V-shaped cutting blade (1) with an angle of ?1 formed by the first curved surface a1, the second curved surface a2 and outer edge line l, a circular disc surface (2) and a central axle hole (3). Cutting blade (4) and groove structure (5) are distributed alternately at the outer edge line l of the V-shaped cutting blade (1), and the alternately-distributed cutting blades (4) form the first layer of cutting edge. The groove structures (5) consists of the third curved surface a3 and the forth curved surface a4 which are concave, and the third curved surface a3 intersects the forth curved surface a4 at a curved line segment l1. The third curved surface a3, the forth curved surface a4 and the curved line segment l1 form the second layer of V-shaped cutting edge. The curved line segment l1 is a concave one, and both ends of the concave curved line segment are tips of the adjacent cutting edge. The cutter wheel can avoid such problems that the cutter wheel is blocked, the glass is damaged and crack line is broken, and can cut glass with high quality.</p> |
