<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient construction method of an ocean wind power generation facility. <P>SOLUTION: A process of installing a top tower 47 includes: a process of elevating a deck lifting type work barge 33 for transportation from a first height to a second height higher than the first height; a process of holding the top tower 47 loaded on the deck lifting type work barge 33 for the transportation using mas holding devices 13, 14 at the other longitudinal direction side edge of a deck lifting type work barge 31 for construction and also hoisting it by using a twin boom 11; a process of elevating the deck lifting type work barge 31 for the construction from the first height to a third height higher than the first height; and a process of turning the top tower 47 for 180 degrees by using a boom turning base 8 of the deck lifting type work barge 31 for the construction, moving it to a position facing foundations 62, 63, 64 at one longitudinal direction side edge by using first moving mechanisms 4, 5 or a second moving mechanism 6, and installing it onto a middle tower 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
