<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output value of an oxygen concentration sensor with high accuracy, even if an air fuel ratio of exhaust gas is greatly changed with time, concerning an internal combustion engine control device. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes a sub O2 sensor, which is arranged in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine, for generating an output based on an oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas flowing through an exhaust passage. The device also corrects an output value of the sub O2 sensor according to a rate of change of the output value of the sub O2 sensor. As a result, even if the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas is greatly changed with time and variations (hysteresis) of the output value of the oxygen concentration sensor to stationary characteristics are caused, the output value of the oxygen concentration sensor can be corrected with high accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
