<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle fitting metal cover of a vehicle seat belt device, which can be detachably attached to a buckle fitting metal of the seat belt device equipped in the vehicle and prevents temperature rise by solar heat when not using of the buckle fitting metal, and which is desirable in terms of user-friendliness or safety. <P>SOLUTION: The buckle fitting metal cover of the vehicle seat belt device includes: a cover body whose outline shape is formed larger than outline shape of the buckle metal fittings of the vehicle seat belt device, and has a storage part inside; and an insertion port which is prepared at part of an outer peripheral edge of the cover body, and carried out communication to the storage part, and detachably attached to the buckle fitting metal. The buckle fitting metal cover contains the buckle fitting metal in the storage part, and covers nearly whole area of the outer peripheral surface by the cover body by storing the buckle fitting metal is loaded using insertion port, when non traveling of the vehicle.
