PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly soil pavement composition and a soil pave construction method using thereof are provided to prevent heavy metal contamination and enhance durability. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly soil pavement composition comprises 20-60 parts by weight of soil, 20-60 parts by weight of soil firming agent, 5-10 parts by weight of water. The soil firming agent comprises a solid part including mineral which contains metallic ion, a liquid phase part which includes liquid silicate, polyhydric alcohol, and admixture. The mineral which contains the metallic ion is selected from silica-based metal oxide group which contains bentonite, slag, zeolite, and mica. A molar ratio of SiO2 mol to X2O mol in liquid silicate is 1.5-2.5. Here, X indicates alkali metal including Li, Na, and K.
