PURPOSE: A transformer, a power module, and a flat panel display device therewith are provided to securely couple a lower bobbin to an upper bobbin and to prevent the coupled lower and upper bobbins from being separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(100) comprises a bobbin unit(10) and a core(40). The bobbin unit comprises a winding unit, a first bobbin, and a second bobbin. A coil is wound around the winding unit. The first bobbin has an outer connection terminal and a block. The outer connection terminal is arranged on one end of the winding unit. The block cuts off the gap between the second bobbin and the winding unit. The second bobbin is coupled to the first bobbin. The core is inserted into the first and second bobbins.
