PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inspecting an obstruction light for a flight and a system using the same are provided to determine a fail of an obstruction light by directly monitoring a light source of the obstruction light. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inspecting an obstruction light for a flight comprises a lamp monitoring part(210) and a voltage/temperature measuring part(220). The lamp monitoring part is installed adjacent to an obstruction light for a flight and determines a fail of an obstruction light for a flight by comparing a measured flickering number with a reference flickering number per unit time. The lamp monitoring part monitors off of the obstruction light in operation. The voltage/temperature measuring part measures the voltage and temperature of a power supply source supplying power to the obstruction light, where the power supply source includes a solar panel, a charger, and a battery.
