<p>A pipeline pump having thermal protection, comprising a motor (10), a handle (16) arranged on the motor (10), a pump body (5) arranged on a motor shaft (10-1), a water outlet (5-2) and a water inlet (5-1) arranged on the pump body (5), an impeller (4) arranged within the pump body (5), a pump cover (2) fixedly sealing one side of the pump body (5), a temperature measuring apparatus (6) fixed on the pump body (5), and a circuit board (13) connected to the temperature measuring apparatus (6). The pump body (5) is made of a copper material; a blind hole (7) is drilled on the pump body; and the temperature measuring apparatus (6) is sealed onto the pump body (5) using a thermally conductive adhesive. When the temperature within the cavity of the pump body (5) exceeds a threshold, the circuit board (13) outputs a signal to shut off power supply to the pipeline pump, ceasing the rotation of the pipeline pump. This effectively prevents damages to the impeller (4) due to the pump body (5) and the impeller (4) being overheated.</p> |
