Provided is a system for controlling the temperature of a gearbox for a wind generator. The temperature control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of a gearbox; a temperature adjustment unit for adjusting the temperature of the gearbox according to the temperature of the gearbox measured by the temperature sensor; a pitch adjustment unit for adjusting the pitch angle of a blade; and a control unit for controlling the pitch adjustment unit to rotate the blade at a rotational speed for heating when the measured temperature of the gearbox is lower than a normal operating temperature range of the gearbox.
