<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact coil component having a low profile at a low cost while ensuring a desired filter performance. <P>SOLUTION: A coil component 100 comprises a substrate 11 composed of a magnetic ceramic material, a thin film coil layer 12 including a coil conductor formed on one main surface of the substrate 11, thick bump electrodes 13a-13d formed on the main surface of the thin film coil layer 12 by plating, lead conductors 20, 21 provided on the surface of the thin film coil layer 12 together with the bump electrodes 13a-13d, and an insulator layer 14 formed on the main surface of the thin film coil layer 12 excepting the positions where the bump electrodes 13a-13d are formed. On the surface of the thin film coil layer 12, the lead conductor 20 is formed integrally with the bump electrode 13a, and the lead conductor 21 is formed integrally with the bump electrode 13c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
