<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror unit improved with regard to mounting of a cover to a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror unit 120 includes a frame 121, a mirror 125, and a cover 123. Each mounting frame 122 is provided on the rear surface of each lateral frame 121a of the frame 121. A guide rail 131 having a guide groove 133 is provided on the inner-surface side of each mounting frame 122. The mounting frame 122 on one side is formed with a rail non-forming area 135. After the end is inserted into the guide groove 133 of the guide rail 131 on the other side facing the rail non-forming area in a state of being inclined, the cover 123 is rotated so as to be in parallel with the frame 121 and arranged in the rail non-forming area 135.
