<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-like packaging box which is easy of the building up, and in addition has a high impact resistance in the right angle direction to one of side plates. <P>SOLUTION: A shorter side plate 26 of the bottom plate 10 is bendably connected with the end part of a folded piece 36 formed on the side end of a longer side plate 10. A top surface plate 28 formed on the upper end of the shorter side plate 26 is fastened in such a manner that fastening pieces 30 on both sides of the same are inserted into fastening holes 31 formed in a space between double folding lines 13 between a longer side plate 12 and an internal side plate 14.
