<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic solenoid device 1 for controlling a valve, that eliminates a risk of oil leakage from a cylindrical yoke 7, spoils no dimensional accuracy between a thin and short cylinder part 7c and a cylindrical yoke 7, and contributes to productivity by cutting down the number of components to reduce manufacturing man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: Since the thin and short cylindrical part 7c is integrally formed with the cylindrical yoke 7, no thermal strain is caused in the thin and short cylindrical part 7c and the cylindrical yoke 7, their dimensional accuracy and fitting accuracy are not deteriorated, besides, they are advantageous in terms of cost because no processing is required after cutting, and excellent magnetic attraction characteristics can be obtained. A cylindrical collar 8 made of a nonmagnetic material is fitted into the peripheral part 7d of the thin and short cylindrical part 7c to reinforce the thin and short cylindrical part 7c, and pressure resistance and load resistance with respect to the circumferential direction and axial direction of the cylindrical yoke 7 can be thereby obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
