PURPOSE: An automatic vehicle welding quality inspection device and a welding quality test method using the same are provided to improve quality inspection speed and accuracy because the inspection device contacts a car body corresponding welding spots. CONSTITUTION: An automatic vehicle welding quality inspection device comprises a vision system(120), a surface processing unit(130), and a magnetic field sensor unit(140). The vision system provides position information of welding spots to a robot. The surface processing unit approaches the robot and removes chips produced from excessive welding. The magnetic sensor unit approaches the welding spots and determines quality from the formation of nuggets.
