<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide a polar-plate wrapping apparatus, wherein a polar plate wrapped sacklike by a separator can be manufactured continuously and speedily, and by extension, manufacturing efficiency of a battery cell can be improved. A conveyance unit (100) conveys a polar plate (K) to a gap (230) of a pair of laminating drum units (200), and the pair of laminating drum units (200) pastes separators (S) formed to be a prescribed shape on the circumference thereof, and conveys the separators (S) to the gap (230) in synchronization with the conveyance by the conveyance unit (100). After the polar plate (K) is conveyed forward in a roughly horizontal state in synchronization with the laminating drum units (200), and the separators (S) are laminated successively onto both the side faces of the polar plate (K) in accordance with the rotation of the laminating drum units (200), both the edge sections of the polar plate (K) are welded.</p> |
