PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light guide plate is provided to reduce a manufacturing process and manufacturing time by not only protecting a product of a light guide plate but also forming a surface printing pattern for outputting a light source onto a surface of the light guide plate on an extrusion in-line. CONSTITUTION: An UV sensitive transfer ink(220) is patterned on a carrier film(20). The UV sensitive transfer ink is impregnated in a resin portion(210). The UV sensitive transfer ink and the resin portion constitute the carrier film. The UV sensitive transfer ink is laminated on one side of the resin portion. Patterns are transferred to an optical film by selectively irradiating UV rays. The UV sensitive transfer ink is directly patterned on a protection film without the carrier film. The optical film is laminated on a surface having the UV sensitive transfer ink or an opposite surface.
