PURPOSE: A conductive disperse composition and a conductive coating composition including ionic liquid and a silvernano particle composite are provided to manufacture protection films of all kinds of display devices and reduce the cost of a coating solution and a final product, thereby expanding industrial use. CONSTITUTION: A conductive disperse composition comprises 10~100 parts by weight of ionic liquid per 1 part by weight of a silvernano particle. The size of the silvernano particle is 1~10 nm. A conductive coating composition comprises 0.1~5 weight% of the conductive disperse composition, 5~15 weight% of a water-soluble binder resin, and 1~20 weight% of alcohol less than 4 carbons, 0.5~8 weight% of an organic solvent which is a mixture which one or two are mixed from a methyl ethyl ketone, a methylsulfoxide, and N-methylpyrrolidone, and 60~93 weight% of water.
