<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return equal shares of profits obtained by selling electricity generated with a distributed electricity generation system, in consideration of variations in the amount of generated electricity. <P>SOLUTION: Electricity charges per unit time for sections 50A to 50D are sequentially calculated. The sum of the electricity charges per unit time for a calculation period is calculated as a billing amount for residents in the sections 50A to 50D.
