摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus in which dust and smoke generated from a workpiece during laser beam machining are surely sucked by an air suction device, and adhesion of the dust and the smoke to the workpiece is prevented as a result. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining apparatus 20 includes: a support means 30; a laser irradiation device 40; an air jetting device 50; and the air suction device 60. The support means 30 is situated below the workpiece 2, supports the workpiece 2 and also has a suction port 35. The laser irradiation device 40 irradiates the workpiece 2 with laser L1. The air jetting device 50 is installed above the support means 30 and jets air A1 to the workpiece 2. The air suction device 60 sucks the dust and the smoke which are generated from the workpiece 2 during the laser machining, together with the air A1 through the suction port 35 from below the workpiece 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
