<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easy storage of an article on a stand, and the stability of the article with respect to the stand. <P>SOLUTION: In the article stand, the stand 2 includes a base body 21, and hollow holding parts 22, 22 which are raised from the base body and extend in the right-to-left direction. A plurality of opening parts 4 to 4 are provided in a top plate part 23 of the holding part 22. An extending opening part 5 which is continuously open to the opening part 4 is formed in a side wall part 24 of the holding part 22. Flaps 6 extending in the right-to-left direction are provided on right and left edges to define right and left sides of the extending opening part 5 in the side wall part 24. Each opening part 4 stores one end of each article 1, and the area thereof is formed smaller than the cross-sectional area of the end of the article 1.
